Established in 1992, ProtoCall’s customers include community behavioral health providers, employee assistance programs, university counseling centers, and managed behavioral health organizations. ProtoCall answers calls on behalf of over 400 organizations who look to our master's and bachelor's level call takers to provide effective and compassionate access to services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as coverage that they typically could not otherwise afford.  

Your Day to Day

You will provide recruitment and marketing duties and support to the organization. You are responsible for talent acquisition and the recruitment marketing brand in tandem with the Marketing Department. You have strong attention to detail and ability to identify and bring in top tier talent to move to the next stage of the hiring process. You love to research and implement marketing and talent acquisition plans to maintain and increase applicant pools.

You often work with highly sensitive organizational information and data, that requires a high level of discretion, tact, understanding of personnel-related laws and regulation involving such information and sound personal judgment.

  • Provides creative problem-solving and new ideas to the area of attracting a best fit employee
  • Supports the ongoing development and innovation of the interview process, selection criteria and applicant communication plan
  • Day to day contact with applicants and new hires via email, chat and phone to ensure that the applicant is actively engaged in the process.
  • Provides exceptional employee experience for candidates and the hiring teams throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Keeps abreast of current trends in recruitment and social media
  • Reviews job postings and makes recommendations for changes.
  • Schedules internal and external interviews.
  • Send applicants for background checks
  • Attends and participates in recruitment meetings
  • Participates in interviews when needed.
  • Coordinate background check reviews with management and applicant.


  • Conducts People Services portions of new hire training
  • Send new hire packets and ensure new hire paperwork is completed.
  • Ensure that I-9 documentation is completed and entered into the E-Verify system.
  • Review signed documents to ensure completion of all acknowledgement forms.
  • Review of applicant pre-employment process and ensure interview process, background check is completed prior to onboarding.
  • Investment in applicants completion of new hire training through continued communication, surveys, and meetings
  • Maintains onboarding documentation
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Attends all marketing meetings relevant to role
  • Stays up to date on latest recruitment campaign and marketing research
  • Coordinates and finalizes marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication department including but not limited to: Instagram Live, Facebook Live, Indeed, LinkedIn or other job vendor campaigns
  • Collaborates with the Marketing department to keep social media up to date
  • Managers internal and external marketing campaigns for job postings
  • Supports data analysis of recruitment and marketing campaign and candidate experience
  • Develops and executes strategic plans for Recruitment Brand and job postings
  • Makes suggestions and recommendations for application and interview processes that align with the Recruitment Brand


  • Associates degree in Human Resources preferred with 2 years recruitment, talent acquisition, and/or marketing experience. Human Resources certificates and experience in lieu degree. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, providing support to the recruitment program.
  • Knowledge of recruiting laws and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to conduct effective individual and group presentations
  • Computer literate
  • Exhibit the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
  •  Possess the accountability and personal responsibility to own and drive results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with external vendors, potential job candidates and internal employees for referral.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive team attitude.
