For over 15 years, our platform has been the trusted governance solution for hundreds of organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
We are entering a pivotal phase of "Intentional Growth." We are moving beyond word-of-mouth referrals towards a more scalable, data-driven strategy, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead this transition.
This is a unique hybrid role for a strategic "doer"—someone who can design high-level campaigns on Monday and execute them on Tuesday.
The Role Reporting to the Executive Director of Business Development, you will take ownership of our marketing ecosystem. Your goal is to generate new customers, empower our partner ecosystem, and increase revenue from existing clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Content Marketing: Develop high-value content (customer stories, thought leadership, blog posts, and gated assets) that drives traffic and generates interest.
- Campaign Execution: End-to-end management of newsletters, upsell/cross-sell campaigns, and automated nurturing sequences to generate marketing-qualified leads.
- Partner Ecosystem Enablement: Collaborate with Customer Experience to package technical templates into compelling marketing kits that drive adoption through our Service Partner network.
- Product-Led Growth (PLG): Design contextual in-app campaigns (using tools like UserPilot) to create "just-in-time" prompts that present features as solutions exactly when users need them.
- Events: Maximise ROI on our conference strategy, managing everything from planning to pre-and-post event communications.
- About You You are a B2B marketer who understands that trust is the currency of the health sector. You know that the best marketing helps the customer solve a problem, rather than just pitching a product.

Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years in B2B Marketing (SaaS experience is highly desirable).
- The Storyteller: You have exceptional copywriting skills. You can transform technical documentation into compelling narratives for blogs, case studies, and partner toolkits.
- Writing Requirements: Proven B2B copywriting experience with demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Tech Savvy: You are proficient with Marketing Automation and have exposure to in-app digital adoption tools. Experience with HubSpot is highly regarded.
- Platform Requirements: HubSpot proficiency is required for marketing automation activities.
- Data-Driven: You track the right success metrics to prove what's working and refine your strategy accordingly.
- Sector Awareness: Experience in the health, aged care, or NFP sectors is a distinct advantage.
