Position Summary:
The Sr. Marketing Coordinator will provide firmwide support in a variety of marketing, business development and communications initiatives focused on elevating the firm's brand in all its markets.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, HIGHLY organized professional with exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment. This individual works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of assignments, and retains and applies information quickly. They anticipate needs, ask thoughtful questions, and exercise discretion when handling complex or time-sensitive work. Successful candidates consistently deliver accurate, high-quality results, manage competing priorities with purpose and energy, and demonstrate a strong commitment to long-term career growth within the firm and legal marketing.
The position requires prior knowledge of and/or or a willingness to quickly master role specific tools, including: SitePilot (website update portal), LinkedIn (for social media posts), NetDocs/SharePoint (WWHGD document management). We require a strong commitment to keeping accurate, updated and logical electronic filing system for firm documents.
The role will work directly with the marketing committee in prioritizing and supporting the needs of the firm and its attorneys.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Works closely with the marketing committee to prioritize and support attorney needs.
. Serves as point of contact for day-to-day marketing, communications, and business development requests and needs.
. On-boards new attorneys and staff with role appropriate information (LinkedIn, Website, Photos.)
Understands the firm, its practices and offices firmwide and offers insights based on that knowledge.
Drafts, edits and distributes marketing materials, newsletters, biographies, seminar materials, client updates, website content, and other client communications.
Proactively manages accurate and segmented mailing lists.
Prepares pitches and RFPs, including company and competitive research and analysis of prospect companies in coordination with attorneys.
Plans, organizes, and hosts events. Manages all aspects of events including concept and agenda development with attorneys, contracting, and coordinating all setup details with the facilities, arranging for catering, creating mailing lists specific to the event topic, drafting invitation language, sending and tracking invitations and RSVPs, etc.
Social media posts on LinkedIn, including drafting targeted post copy and posting with firm graphic.
Coordinates on-boarding process with HR and prepares welcome materials for new attorneys, paralegals and nurse consultants. (Headshot coordination, bio creation and posting, announcements, etc.)
Ensure content on website, biographies, trial lists, is current and updates as appropriate.
Assists with and manages a variety of short and long-term projects and attorney requests.
Manage the CLE/CE complete process for external client facing events.
Manage the SWAG process and inventory including distribution, vendor management and collaboration with graphic designer.

Experience: Bachelor's degree is required
High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SitePilot, Compass, Radar/ Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, basic HTML
Marketing experience at a law firm or professional services firm is required.
