We have established a loyal following in the Southeast and Midwestern United States. We are looking for a visionary, hands-on marketing leader to take the reins and grow our brand in North America.
The Opportunity
This is not your standard marketing role. As the first marketing hire at Sunright International, you will be our foundational marketing leader. You will have a blank canvas to define our brand identity, build our go-to-market strategy, and shape the future of our company.
We are looking for a builder. You won't be inheriting a massive team or a deeply entrenched playbook; instead, you will be the architect. If you love the thrill of taking something from zero to one and want to leave a lasting fingerprint on a growing company, this is the role for you.
What You Will Do
- Build from Scratch: Architect and execute Sunright International’s comprehensive marketing strategy across brand, growth, product marketing, and communications.
- Define the Brand: Establish our brand voice, visual identity, and positioning in the market to ensure we deeply resonate with our target consumers.
- Drive Growth: Own the dealer acquisition pipeline. Develop and test omni-channel campaigns (organic and paid) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Lay the Foundation: Set up the marketing tech stack, establish KPIs, and build scalable processes that will allow the marketing function to grow.
- Scale a Team: As the company grows, you will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and leading a world-class marketing department.
- Collaborate: Work directly with the founding/executive team and product leaders to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Who You Are
- The Ultimate Zero-to-One Builder: You have successfully built and scaled a consumer brand from the ground up. You know what it takes to gain traction when nobody knows your name.
- Fiercely Self-Motivated: You don't wait for direction. You are a self-starter who thrives in autonomy, takes extreme ownership of your work, and proactively identifies new opportunities for growth.
- An Exceptionally Fast Learner: You adapt quickly to new information, market shifts, and tools. When you don't know the answer, you figure it out faster than anyone else.
- Strategic yet Hands-On: You can deliver a high-level board presentation on Tuesday and get into the weeds of ad copywriting or email sequencing on Wednesday.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on consumer brands (B2C).
- A proven portfolio or track record demonstrating how you built a consumer brand from its earliest stages to established market presence.
- Deep understanding of both brand marketing (storytelling, positioning) and performance marketing (CAC, LTV, conversion rate optimization).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
